Bidding & Buying
Placing a bid
Only registered users can place bids. Your bid must be greater than or equal to the start price or the minimum next bid amount of the auction. If the reserve bid has been met, the item will sell to the highest bidder when the auction finishes. If you are the highest bid at the close of the auction, and the auction has met its reserve price, then you are the winner. The reserve price is the lowest price the seller is willing to sell their item for. Both you and the seller will receive automated emails from BuyinFiji containing each other’s email addresses. It is then up to you and the seller to make contact and arrange both the payment and shipping details.
Buy now allows sellers to set a price for which they are willing to sell an item for immediately. If you have a set price in mind that you want to sell an item for, you can add the option of foregoing the auction process all together by adding a buy now price.
Auto-Bid allows you to enter the most you are prepared to pay as an auto-bid and BuyinFiji will keep you in the lead by the minimum allowable bid increment, until you win the auction or your auto-bid is exceeded. No additional bid will be placed if you lead the bidding. You cannot decrease the value of your auto-bid.

Once there, click on the “Place Feedback” link beside the item.If you are a seller, and you have successfully sold an item, you can place feedback by clicking on the “Items Sold” tab found on the My Account page.
